- Automatic Acceptance of Consent Terms
All clients who schedule a service through our website automatically accept and agree to the full terms outlined in the Mobile IV Hydration Consent Form, including treatment guidelines, medical disclosures, and service conditions. - Same-Day Cancellation Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the preparation, medical supplies, and licensed clinical staff reserved specifically for your appointment, same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule their appointment for a later date, subject to availability. - Rescheduling Option
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule prior to the appointment window at no additional charge.
